His journey began as a young tradesman, mastering the fundamentals of construction and refurbishment. Over the years, Richard expanded into head chef roles, education leadership, international business, and eventually, high-level property maintenance and compliance services. He has built schools from the ground up, overseen large-scale residential and commercial projects, and founded multiple successful ventures.

At London Multi-Traders, Richard combines his sharp eye for detail with a deep understanding of customer needs. He has a particular passion for renovating high-value and heritage-listed buildings, delivering beautiful finishes and long-lasting results. Whether managing a complex compliance upgrade or handling full interior fit-outs, Richard’s approach is personal, practical, and always rooted in quality craftsmanship.

David Jones plays a senior strategic role at London Multi-Traders as a Director-level Consultant and Advisor. With extensive experience in property maintenance, team leadership, and client delivery, David provides invaluable insight into LMT’s operational systems, site coordination processes, and long-term business planning.

While not directly involved in day-to-day site work, David advises on large-scale project strategy, supports systems development, and helps maintain our commitment to quality, efficiency, and professionalism across every contract.

David’s calm, calculated style and deep industry knowledge ensure LMT always has a trusted voice at the table — someone who sees the big picture but never misses the details.
